Lines & Legends: Exploring Stories, Landscapes and Mysteries
The Society of LeyHunters Autumn Moot returns on Saturday 24 October 2026, bringing together a fascinating line-up of speakers for a day exploring landscape, folklore, history and human experience. This year's theme,
"Lines & Legends", examines how stories, traditions and places become intertwined across generations.
The programme features talks from Bob Trubshaw, Rosemary Gibson, Jos Razzell and Cal Cooper, each offering a unique perspective on legends, landscapes, storytelling and human experience.
Taking place at Thorpe Satchville Village Hall, the event runs from 10.30am to 5.00pm. Whether you're a long-time enthusiast or simply curious about the stories woven into our landscapes, this promises to be an engaging and thought-provoking day.
